Dr. Meichsner joined SCMC in December, 2014. Dr. Meichsner completed her undergraduate training at the College of Saint Benedict in St. Joseph, Minnesota, graduating with high honors in 2007, with degrees in nutrition science and biology. She earned her medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School, in Duluth and Minneapolis, Minnesota, in 2011. Her residency training was completed at the University of Minnesota – Park Nicollet Family Medicine Residency Program, where she served as chief resident during her third and final year of training, in 2014.
Born and raised in Morris, Dr. Meichsner and her husband, Eric, have three children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing piano, traveling, spending time outdoors, and cheering on the Morris Tigers in various events!
