Full time RN Clinic Nurse Manager reports to the CEO and is responsible to plan and administer the nursing activities of the primary care and specialty clinics.  Clinic Nurse Manager duties include but not limited to:

 Manage day-to day clinic nursing operations and resources;

  • Lead and support nursing staff in performance improvement; serve as an effective liaison between physicians and patient care teams;

  • Assure nursing services are delivered to each patient in accordance with quality standards;

  • Prepare short and long-range plans and budgets related to clinic nursing;

  • Responsible for compliance with the hospital’s quality assurance and performance improvement program; 

  • Executes specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization;

  • Performs and oversees recruitment;

  • Coordinates care, policies and practice with the CEO for clinic operational excellence


  • Minnesota Registered Nurse License

  • 3 years clinic experience preferred

  • 1 year supervisory experience

Part time 32 hrs/week, evening shift (6:00 pm to 2:30 am, 4 days per week)

Housekeeping experience preferred but not required.


Financial Accounting Analyst

Full time position.  Financial accounting, reporting and analysis.  Accounting or Finance degree and proficiency with Excel required.  Healthcare experience preferred.  Attention to detail, computer skills and accuracy required.  Seeking a self-starter, motivated, and positive individual.  Position also serves as backup for the payroll coordinator. 

Registered Nurse, Acute Care

Full-time with regular scheduled hours and on-call.  Current RN license required.  Full-time benefits include health, dental, life and disability insurance and vacation/sick leave program.



PT night shift position, every other weekend--must be 18 years of age.  CNA certification preferred.

Nursing Assistant coverage in 5 bedroom residence licensed as an adult foster care home with services, owned and managed by Stevens Community Medical Center.

Courage Cottage provides services when a person is unable to return home after a hospitalization or illness, or their caregiver cannot provide the level of care they need, providing a warm environment with caring staff able to help. We offer 24/7 attention for people who are no longer able to stay in their home, but prefer to be somewhere that feels like home.



Full-time, night shift, includes rotating holidays and weekends.  Nursing Assistant Certificate required.  Applicants must be 18 years of age.  Full-time benefits include health, dental, life, disability and PTO (vacation/sick/holiday). 


Full time Monday through Friday (40 hours/week). 

Qualifications, Training and Knowledge:

  • Working knowledge of PC based hardware and software.

  • Experience with Google suite. (Gmail, Docs, Sheets etc.)

  • Diagnose and resolve basic computer problems.

  • Communicate clearly in person and/or on the telephone.

  • Ability to adapt to varied situations requiring constructive and critical thinking, interpretation and evaluation.

  • Ability to build a relationship and rapport with other staff members, supervisors, department directors, and physicians.

  • Train small/medium sized groups on software basics

  • Must be highly-motivated individual with a curiosity to always learn and improve.

  • Education and Training

    • Required: High school diploma or higher.

    • Preferred: 1+ years of help desk or related experience
