SCMC Renew Weight Management Program is a successful approach to reaching health and wellness goals. Led by SCMC Registered Dietitian, Alyssa Thooft takes this 12-week program and combines both nutrition and physical activity. Nutrition session will be led on topics including "building a healthy plate,"cut the fat, sugar and salt," "eating smart while dining out" and "mindful eating."
