Sarita Ennis is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW); she received a Master of Social Work degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato, in 2016. Sarita has many years of experience providing outpatient therapy to children, individuals, families, and couples that experience mental health illness and life challenges. Sarita has experience treating people with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, relationship problems, ADHD, personality disorders, and various other mental health disorders. Sarita provides assessments, individual, family, and couples therapy via Telehealth in both Spanish and English. Sarita has been working with people from different cultural backgrounds, and she delivers services in a culturally responsive approach.
Sarita is passionate about helping people do better by providing them with essential skills and opportunities to learn more about themselves and their environment. Sarita strongly believes that compassionate and empathetic support can help individuals increase self-awareness and overcome life challenges to achieve a fulfilling life.
